4D Planning assisted the client with preparing a planning application and the associated architectural drawings for the conversion of a vacant nightclub to an HMO for up to 18 people.
The council had concerns with air polution but accepted the principle of the development and the proposed layouts. Stoke on Trent Council eventually approved the application.
