4D Planning's Role
4D Planning advised the client on the feasibility of extending the bungalow in this rural location. The bungalow had potential for a large side and rear extension (wrap around). 4D Planning undertook a desktop study looking at the local area, precedent, planning policies, site constraints and other material considerations. We concluded that there is a high chance to be able to extend the bungalow house. We were then instructed to design the extensions and produced the architectural drawings. We prepared the application documents, submitted the application and liaised with the planning officer until a decision was made. Hertfordshire Planning officers granted planning permission.
