4D Planning's Role
4D Planning were granted planning permission by Fylde Council for a change of use to public land in Preston to to be annexed into a private garden. The proposal also included a new shed and 2.1m high boundary wall fence. The application was retrospective therefore the challenge was to prepare a strong case and convince the council why the proposal needed to be approved. We also prepared the architectural drawings and managed the application on behalf of the applicant until a decision was made.
